As the #1 brokerage in the state of Idaho, we rank #32 in the nation based on agent count (NAR). The significance of this lies in our local ownership. Our agency has no affiliation to a national corporation, therefore our local Idaho dollars stay within our Idaho economy. Simply put, when you use a Silvercreek agent, you support the local economy.
STATEWIDE GROWTH
Our focus was continued growth for our agents, and growth is what we achieved. In 2021, our agents closed over 14,239 transactions with over $6.1 billion in total volume in the state of Idaho. This is an increase from 13,785 and $4.65 billion in volume in 2020.
IMLS GROWTH
The Intermountain Multiple Listing Service covers the Western Idaho Area including the following counties: Ada, Adams, Blaine, Boise, Bonner, Camas, Canyon, Cassia, Custer, Elmore, Gem, Gooding, Idaho, Jerome, Latah, Lemhi, Lincoln, Malheur, Minidoka, Nez Perce, Owyhee, Payette, Twin Falls, Valley, and Washington.
Silvercreek Realty Group represented more than 9,200 transactions and $4.7 billion in total volume within the IMLS. The next closest brokerage represented 5,601 and just over $3 billion in volume. We held over 16.2% of the total marketshare in the IMLS – not only that, Silvercreek properties were listed 11 days less on market than the average listing. (IMLS: 34 days, Silvercreek: 23 days). This means that our brokerage not only sells more properties, we do it faster than anyone else in Idaho.
IMLS NEW CONSTRUCTION
When it comes to new construction, Silvercreek Realty Group agents represented 2077 transactions in the IMLS totaling more than $1.1 billion in total volume. The next closest brokerage reached $688 million.

We proudly opened our doors to a beautiful new office building on State Street in Boise. This stunning, fully renovated historic building is now home to many Silvercreek agents.
